The house is located in a highly sought-after neighborhood, the Towns community in East Regina (Greens).
Exceptionally convenient location, bus stops a few steps away, 3 mins to Regina Bypass ring road, 4 mins walk to 7/11, 15 mins to the University of Regina, 5 mins to Costco, Superstore, The Canadian Brewhouse, great amenities
3 bedrooms with one King size bed, and 2 Queen beds and 2.5bathrooms. 2 power recliner sofas, WIFI &free garage parking spot and 1 driveway parking, BBQ outside on 10x10 deck
The space
Guests will enjoy the very spacious main and upper level floor equiped with 3 bedrooms, 1 comfy king size bed in the master bedroom with 55 inch smart TV, and 2 cozy queen beds, a bonus space for studying and exercise equipment. All amenities of the home including the Kitchen, Bathrooms, Entrance, Laundry are FULLY private/NOT shared. There is another 75 inches LED TV in the living room with 2 leather powe reclining sofas.
**Basement is NOT included. Like most other Airbnb homes, the basement is rented separately to another tenant. It has its own private entrance at the side of the home.
