"Overall, property was good, but the sofa bed was broken, and the hammock was broken as well, but everything else was good. We'll stay again"

"Such a nice resort! Everything on site plus a short safe walk to the private beach! Loved it!"

"When we arrived, we checked in at the front desk and the attendant was pleasant. There is carpet in the hallways that definitely needs to be cleaned. When we got to our room, it was as described but the toilet had not been cleaned. Luckily, we always bring wipes and Lysol and took care of it ourselves. We had a plumbing issue that we had to take care of ourselves. House keeping only comes every other day. However, we had to ask when they were coming. The woman who cleaned was sweet and efficient. One thing I noticed is that there is a lack of communal trash cans. This causes trash to build up in the room and people even put trash outside their doors. Having more available trash cans would be great. The area surrounding the hotel is perfect. Lots to do, and even walkable to Publix which is great. We spent a lot of time running around. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. The continental breakfast is what it is. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for the price. I’ve stayed at better and stayed at worse. This is in the middle."

"Property was in a great location to the beach and the pool. The kitchen was smaller than I expected. Very tight if more than 2 people were there at 1 time. Kitchen well stocked. Would be nice if soap was provided in barrooms with extra toilet paper. The floors were very dirty. Could use a good cleaning. Other than that the house was clean. Only a few chairs on the porch. Could use more. Only 6 chairs at the dining table. Could use more"

"Great house, great location! The house really was perfect, check in and check out was a breeze. Right across the street from the pool, easy and beautiful walk to the beach or there’s even a shuttle service if you don’t feel like walking! I would absolutely go here again in a heartbeat! Only concern I have is I did message the property manager during the week and I never got a response. I’ve never had that happen with VRBO before? Otherwise great!"
