"It was a comfortable stay close to everything with 5 minute walk to Granby street. The staff was wonderful and the lobby, halls and room were clean. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is the oppressive chemical smell in the room (310). I got used to it in 5 minutes and was surprised that my asthma didn’t kick in… "

"Casino wasn't too far away which we enjoy going to. Also, they have some good restaurants near by on high street. This is always our favorite hotel to stay at. "

"The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. The check-in was easy. We were given our keycards and we went up to our room on the 7th floor. The rooms was very clean and spacious. I always like to look around the room before unpacking. I did have to request for some fresh sheets as one the beds sheets had stains. They brought them up within a few minutes later. As i was about to place the new ones on i noticed stains on those as well. I just gave up and slept ontop of the clean comforter. The shower/bathroom area was nice. The room itself was nice and bright with all the modern touches. We did not use the gym."

"It's a nice hotel, clean, quiet but what makes it shine are the staff. We didn't have a single interaction that wasn't really, really pleasant. "

"Conveniently located to cruise port parking. Hotel has a nice little restaurant and bar for dinner and breakfast which are sufficient to fill most people’s needs. The staff was amazing so helpful."

"Everything was adequate. Its a little dated and not super clean (meaning stained carpet) - but honestly we were at another hotel for a conference int he same city and the other hotel was worse (also a Marriott)."

"The kitchen was fully equipped. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. There was a lot of hair from poor guests still in the bathroom and on the bed. Also, the room keys kept getting demagnetized. Otherwise, it was a very good stay."
