"The check in staff was not very friendly, and hotel was clean enough, and room was clean. shuttle to airport was efficient and driver was nice"

"We checked in this past Tuesday after a very long drive. The lobby looked to be in good condition; however, upon reaching our floor-the cleanliness dropped greatly. The smell was pretty bad right off the elevator. Once we opened the door to our room, the smell was atrocious. Someone had clearly cooked seafood or something of that nature and the room was not properly cleaned. We immediatly left the hotel and requested a refund in which we were told no. We lost our money and had to find a new hotel with our two small children at midnight. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are not picky travelers, but this is just unacceptable. "

"The room was average in size; nothing too special. The bathtub was big and had plenty of space. I loved the curtains that go around the tub. There was limited counter space in the bathroom. Be warned that there were constant planes (delivery) taking off and landing as it's near an airport. "
