"Terrible hotel. Small room, shower didn’t work, toilet overflowed, bed was uncomfortable, adjacent showers and toilets were heard all night."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Geneve Hotel in Mexico City. The location is excellent-close to everything, making it very convenient to explore the city. I requested a quiet room and was pleased that the hotel accommodated my request. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, there was a noticeable downside: a loud noise coming from what seemed to be an electric plant. It was quite disruptive at night and made it difficult to get proper rest. The staff truly stands out for their exceptional service. They consistently go above and beyond to meets guest needs. A special muchas gracias to Julio for recommending a flower shop where I found beautiful flowers for my friend. Also, mil gracias to Carlos, who kindly took the time to accompany me to church on Sunday- a gesture I will never forget. My only other concern was with housekeeping, as on several occasions clean towels were not replaced, which meant I had to call the front desk. This was a bit inconvenient. Overall, despite a few minor issues, this is an excellent hotel with outstanding staff, and I will still highly recommend it. "

"Staff was polite and always asked if we need anything to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, with an on staff cook ready to make omelettes, sausages and shakes to your liking. The fitness center was well equipped though the pool was smaller than expected. In all I had a great stay and would make reservations again."

"Great kitchen and refrigerator. Amazing balcony views. Very comfortable room. We stayed for 5 nights with a very young baby and we were very comfortable."

"The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The gymnasium was well appointed. Unfortunately there is no high quality restaurant in the hotel. They Centro Castellano was first class but was closed down on 1 April. There is no longer a good restaurant to which to invite clients or friends. There is no bar when one can converse easily. The main bar is loud and more like a night club than a hotel bar. I had to arrange to meet people away from the hotel if I wishes to have a normal conversation."

"Excellent stay! Everyone was nice, everything was clean. Walking distance to a lot of places. I was impressed on how comfy the bed was, and of course working AC is a plus! The only thing is they need additional trash cans because there was only one in the bathroom. Overall, had an excellent stay. "
