"This was our second year at this property. We are a group of college athletes coming to St. Croix for a training trip at the St. Croix Yacht Club. The house is PERFECT for our group! Its close to the club, can fit a bunch of people. We cook dinners in the upstairs and downstairs kitchens. And of course hanging pools side after training is great too. "

The pool and beach are just what you need. The home is homey! Everything works. The property has some age to it, so be kind to it! This is not a fancy place. Read the few 3ring binder pages and you will have the knowledge required to facilitate the BEST EVER private family vacay. Wow, 443 characters and I have not even mentioned St Croix. The afternoon late sun on the white front steps is a forever memory."
