The home was very clean. Looked like new flooring. The small yard in back was very nice. We had some problems with connecting the TV to the internet but most likely user error! Heather was very responsive to all communication. Thank you for a lovely stay.

If you're planning a sand dunes vacation and have a dog, Heather's place is an absolute must! The fenced backyard was a paradise for our poodle, providing a safe and fun space to play. As for the kids, they thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of home. The location is a standout feature - it's incredibly close to the sand dunes, making our excursions effortless and enjoyable. Salty visit #2
This was our second visit to the Salty Duplex. The hostess and host, Heather and Ryan are extremely helpful and welcoming. By far this is the best rental unit we've experienced. Everything is exactly as described with no unwanted surprises. We will try to stay again in the future and highly recommend this property to others.

Awesome accommodation for a family
We were a family of four traveling south along the Oregon Coast and searching for a place to call 'home'. The Salty Duplex was indeed just that! So many things to love about this accommodation: ~quiet ~clean ~private access to fenced outdoor area ~SUPER comfortable beds ~kitchen was very well stocked (and the tea and hot cocoa welcome on a cool evening) We would definitely stay in this accommodation again when traveling through the area!

This will be last VRBO
We have found that two persons can stay cheaper in a smaller place like cabin or motel. There is just too much extra costs that make this nice home too much for just two people for only a couple days. Also we are asked to wash sheets and clean the dishes after paying $80 for a cleaning person to do the same. The VRBO fees are much too high, but again that is using these websites.

Bring the dogs!
We spent 3 nights here for our anniversary with our dogs and it was perfect. The house is super functional, everything we needed was provided and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach and the food near by and the fenced backyard was perfect for the dogs to be able to lay in the sun. We would come back again for sure.

Everything was as we expected, except there was no Traeger grill as advertised. I used the BBQ, but it was really in need of a cleaning on the drip pan. I most definitely would stay again.

Sorry about the Traeger! We recently had to remove it due to a guest starting it and the side of the duplex on fire. Thank you for the reminder to remove that from the add.

Great stay on the Oregon Coast
We really enjoyed our stay at the Salty Duplex and will definitely choose this location again when in the area. It is centrally located to lots of different activities that my family enjoyed on our vacation. Quick access to the beach, dunes, crabbing, fishing, hiking and lots of other outdoor activities. The binder with restaurant ideas was great as we like to support local places when traveling. The house is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Everything was clean when we arrived and extra necessities on hand to use. One of the best parts is having a fenced backyard for our dogs-very much appreciated! Perfect fit for our family of 4 and we look forward to our next visit.

Great short stay
We stayed at the Salty Duplex for one night while passing through the area. We had a very comfortable stay with cozy beds and a kitchen that is stocked with everything and more than could have ever needed. Be aware that while the listing says that it sleeps 6 there are only two beds and an air mattress. We hadn’t noticed that in the listing and it worked for us since our kids don’t mind the floor, but 6 adults may not be as comfortable. The communication with the property manager was smooth and we always received a prompt and helpful response.

Great place to stay,,, Home away from Home
Pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the salty duplex turned out to be. Very tastefully decorated with an ocean theme throughout beds were super comfortable and the bedding was great.our hosts were super accommodating and the house was set up with Many complementary items like the coffee bar and spices in the cabinet and on the counter. especially enjoyed the option to barbecue outside and sit outside in the evening near the fire pit. A delightful small Grass area with a fence for a dog even a basket of toys for the dogs we stayed for almost a month and fished and crabbed to our hearts to delight. the use of the garage for all our supplies was super and the ability to cook our crab on site was awesome also Parking is a little tight but we were able to park a 24 foot fishing boat and two pickups. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is staying in the Reedsport Winchester Bay area

Perfect beach theme place!
The property was beautiful & perfect for a beach getaway. It must have been recently remodeled as it looked like a model home. The beds we comfortable & the recliners made a nice place to relax after a hard day of shopping. Great restaurants are minutes always. The coffee bar was a treat.

Nice Townhouse
This is a nice townhouse that had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, nice linens, extra towels and paper products. (some only give you enough to "get started") The kitchen is well appointed and has nice appliances. We especially LOVED the coffee bar. We are Keurig people and usually drag ours with us when we travel so It was really nice to have it available along with the selection of coffee pods and creamers. The hot chocolate, tea and cider are really thoughtful options also. We would consider staying here again when back in Reedsport. The only small issue we encountered while there was parking. We had our 18 foot boat with us and in the description it says there is parking in front of the garage and the fence. The townhouse actually faces an alley, not the street so we ended up having to park the boat on the side street. There is plenty of room for cars but the alley was often blocked and made it difficult for boat parking. Other than that we had a great stay.

Everything and more than we expected. Our two week stay was as good as we hoped for. Duplex is in excellent condition and exactly as described. The hostess actually called us in the middle of our stay to check on how we were doing and if we needed anything else. That's never happened before with any of our previous rentals.
