"Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Staff was wonderful.
Hotel room was a bit dirty, huge stain on my mattress, brown stain on towel and hair throughout on the floor. Chair by window was also broken and had a odd smell."

"All good, just need better instructions on where to check in. There's nothing indicating you have to go yo the 13th floor. I arrived at 2am and called several times, no one answered. I only got the information from other guest that happened to arrive 20 minutes after me. 20 minutes can feel like an eternity when there's no good signal and no staff around."
