"Overall very nice hotel. Breakfast in main lobby dining room was not free (not cheap either) but was excellent food and service with lovely views.
Rooftop pool was nice. Hot tub was mildly warm and jets were broken. Rooftop restaurant food was average and over priced. Service at rooftop bar and restaurant was very friendly. Views of sunset from rooftop Adirondack chairs was lovely.
We stayed from Monday to Thursday and never had our room cleaned or serviced despite requesting it. Apparently...

"Room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, but really the worst part of our stay was the pool. We actually left a day early because apparently kids are not permitted to swim in the pool. I stayed with my two kids. I went to the office to inform them that we had guests coming to swim from 2pm to 4pm. I was told it wasn't a problem (I did say it was two kids and 1 parent). The kids were swimming. Not running, jumping or purposely splashing anyone. A different guest came...
