"The cleanliness is generally good with attention to details on the dust on the fan and spider web on the lights. The family room could be better with freshness of smell probably from the carpet. Other than that the staff is friendly and the hotel is full of historical details. "

"An older style basic motel. Clean and roomy. No crockery or cutlery in the room. The staff though, were amazing. So nice and helpful. "

"It was. Ease walking. To shops. Pubs and get food it had toaster kettle bar fridge "

"No one at reception to check us in, rung the number on door and phone kept cutting out and then got cut off. Didnt get a friendly feeling. Room was huge but not really luxury as advertised, very outdated, sink in bathroom needs replacing. Both me and my husband woke up with sore throats and sneezing due to dust in rafters and on ledges in room. Shower okay if you are a short person."
