"A lovely weekend with family members in an ideal location close to town and just enough for our old doggie to meander up for a coffee. The garden and cottage were lovely and the weather was finally kind to us"

"What is not to like about this property? It's cosy, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and easy to contact but respected our privacy. Complimentary breakfast items and wine were provided along with fire wood and cooking staples. The bed was super comfortable. This place is in such a beautiful setting with an idyllic view over the valley. We sat for hours on the deck listening to the sounds of nature around us, watching the sun come up...

The cottage was clean, attractive and comfortable with generous toiletries and kitchen condiments etc. Games, media and wood-fire were perfect for ‘cosy nights in’ and local cafes are in walking distance. We enjoyed the bushland setting and local birds from the private balcony and the peaceful walk through the bush to the ‘mineral springs’. Communication with our ‘hosts’ was excellent."

"Cute cottage and great location. Had a fire that would have added to the ambience but it didn't work. Reverse cycle heaters were adequate. BYO toiletries, only hand wash provided."

"So beautiful, the interior decorating so sympathetic with the house. The log fire, the view through the french doors over the elevated deck and the sense of space on top of the hill. We enjoyed the DVD player, the beautiful linen, electric blanket and all the little things like tea, milk and coffee. Thank you so much, we will be back."

"We were two adults and two kids (3 and 5yo) from Melbourne. We stayed two nights. Host was responsive and friendly, place was cosy and clean."

"The property was excellent and very clean. Amenities were very good and comfortable beds and pillows. Heating in lounge was cosy and rooms had individual aircon units which were independently managed. Very well equipped kitchen and great a great position. Nice to have a backyard area to bbq and enjoy. I'd definitely go back for another visit."
