"Clean, large, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. We were able to check in a bit earlier than scheduled. Breakfast is better than expected. Fridge in the office has goodies and water for thirsty travelers, free of charge. Other places i've been to, you are charged for every bottle of water or coffee.

"This stay cost about less 90 which should have been the main red flag. The description of this being a charming motel is not true. It is a cheap motel, with dirty sheets, towels, and the night sounds of domestic arguments from 1AM-3AM. You are best off driving the 15 minutes to Ridgecrest and staying in real hotel. In addition to being looking old and run down, I had to go to worse room than I paid for because they lost the guest key to my room. My only option to keep my original room was to have the manager let me in every time I needed to get in; since there was no one present when I arrived, I was not going to do this. The room itself was dirty, smelled like smoke, and had what looked like dirty or stained towels. "
