The property is in the process of being renovated, and they were careful to keep noise and ongoing work respectfully quiet. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a king bed, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room area. TVs in the kitchen area and in the bedroom. The blackout curtains and the bathroom shower with rain, waterfall, multi-directional body spray, and a handheld showerhead were awesome. We would stay again.

This place was a disaster. They were in the middle of a remodel and their parking area was piled with building supplies. Very limited to those needing accessibility. No heads up on property listing that this was happening. Not enough parking available for a holiday weekend. Front desk didnt care at all.

We loved everything about the room. The shower was awesome. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. We enjoyed out stay ver much. Will definitely be going back. Did not like all of the material limiting the parking spaces. Understand its there because you are renovating.

Many have posted that this property has some construction ongoing. That is true, and the results of the room remodel are excellent! The owner and staff of the Ponderosa were warm and inviting. We had an exceleent stay and will return!

Been going to RR for years & have never stayed here - was for one night only , we were racing the next day . It was convenient to get food , shopping , coffee . They are remodeling & our room was nice - had very nice , new shower !! It was a little loud , but not for long . They were moving new furniture into rooms . Understandable! It just takes time for remodel , glad yall are able to do it ! It was a perfect spot for us to stay one night .

The hotel is getting remodeled, we did get one of the newer rooms and it was quite nice. The shower was fancy. The beds comfortable and there was a little fridge and microwave in the room. It is walkable to places to shop and eat.

This was absolutely the worst stay I’ve ever had, the place was under construction. Very unsafe and filthy.

This is an older hotel. However, it's in the process of being updated. Our room was very nice compared to how the building looks, which is not completed yet. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no beside tables.

when we booked this property we didn't realize is was being remodeled, the parking lot is full of construction material and junk very unsafe, plus it took up half the parking lot. when we checked in the office staff and several customers were drinking in the lobby and several were very drunk. the first room they gave was nothing like the picture shown on there website,they did move us into a better room that was very difficult to get to do to all the junk in the parking lot. i was very unhappy with this property and think we should get some kind of refund!!!! i would not recomend this property to anyone at this time,

They are in the middle of an extensive remodel. Our room is going to be very nice when they get all of their furniture in. We had no nightstands, no couch to sit on, NO bars to hang clothes on. Bed was very comfortable and rainfall shower was nice but no shelving in shower to put soap, shampoo, etc. Limited parking due to piles of inventory for the remodel.
