Had the property let me know upon check in that although the pool had closed for the season even though their website said otherwise upon booking, that we could in fact use the pool at sister hotels, I wouldn't have wasted my time on the phone for an hour and would have in fact enjoyed those amenities. Another issue that spoiled our trip is coming home to a room that had been partially serviced - towels placed but bed not made. When I called for help they brought sheets but did not offer to make up the bed. Rude staff.
