New home, four bedroom, two bathroom, well appointed lake house. Sleeps 8 adults, maximum 9 people. One king sized bed, two queen sized beds, one double bed sharing a room with single bunk beds.
Lovely deck and one minute walk to small public beach.
Very quiet summerhouse street.
3 steps to the door, two bedrooms one bath main floor, two bedrooms one bath upstairs.
Full kitchen, washer/dryer, soaker tub.

Your place is beautiful!! We certainly enjoyed ourselves. Your kitchen has everything someone could want. Two of us found the showers very slippery. I'm the oldest at 73 and the youngest at 65 . Both showers. .alsofound the upstairs shower

Amazing Stay!

We loved this property and the location. The house was very clean and well appointed. The location was also great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Mark was amazingly helpful and very responsive to the small issue we had with the BBQ! We will certainly be considering this property for next summer.

Beautiful Sylvan Lake Home

Mark and Tanya provide an excellent home with all the necessities. Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen supplies - we were celebrating a wedding close by and it was fantastic to have such a well equipped and comfortable home to stay in. The house is modern, very tasteful and bright and open. The close proximity to the lake is appealing as well - I would definitely stay there in the summer!

Perfect family getaway

We had 7 adults and two toddlers in our group. The home is set up perfectly for families. So much space in the kitchen and living room area! Lots of seating, both indoors and out. Every kitchen item you could need is on hand. Short walk down to a beach area which was wonderfully shallow at this time of year and perfect for the little ones to paddle in. The owners responded quickly to my questions and were great to deal with. We are looking to rebook again for next year.

Sylvan Lake Family Getaway

This property is very nice. All the pictures in the listing are accurate. The sleeping areas are excellent. We have never been in a unit that is so well appointed. We were 6 adults and four toddlers and there was plenty of room and the layout allowed the kids lots of room to play. The hosts responded quickly and were able to accommodate special requests. Great Place

We felt right at home the minute we opened the door. From our first communication with Mark and Tanya it has been a great experience. The kitchen is well equipped, there is tin foil, saran wrap, spices, coffee and filters. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and the fancy showers where a nice treat (once we figured them out) LOL! The walk to the lake is very nice and the neighbourhood was very quiet. We would have only one little suggestion would be to have a nice large tray on the big ottoman as we really didn't have anywhere to place our snacks or drinks. We will be back for sure! This was a perfect place for our family holiday. The lake was a short walk away and perfect for launching kayak and paddle boards. The house was really clean and well stocked. We would not hesitate to rent this house again!

Hidden gem

We have stayed multiple times at this property. Pictures represent it well. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main strip of shops, restaurants and main beach area. Mark was prompt in getting back to me on any questions I had. While we enjoyed sunny 28 degree days for our stay, fans in the bedrooms would help for the night. Once again, thanks Mark and Tanya for the accommodation!
