One night stay. Reasonably priced. Older hotel but room was clean, big, bed comfortable, and dog friendly. Staff friendly. I highly recommend a nearby Mexican restaurant called Los Mariachis on Main St.

This is an older Hotel and apparently recently under new ownership or management. They did go out of their way to make a room available for us as they had quite a large work crew staying in the hotel. We had expected a lot of noise since it was the weekend but the work crew was very respectable and quiet. In their defense they had many rooms to clean and went out of their way to make one available for us which we greatly appreciate it. It was a perfectly acceptable stay

Hotel is old, rooms need updating, but were clean. Grounds are nice, relaxing atmosphere, pet friendly. It was cold, no extra blankets or pillows, birds were in the cooler/heater. We counted at least 12 cats, some of which were aggressive. Convenient location easy access to old town and freeways. Overall, comfortable safe place to stay. Would stay again. The staff was very very nice.

The property was good, but it was old. Opening the door, the room had old smell, but not bad. Typical smell when we open a bit older room. But AC was good. Closet had ample space. Amenities were good. But there were more men around parking area late in the night which could feel unsafe while staying with family. But there were minding their own business and not of any trouble. Overall, for one night stay, it was good.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk courteous and friendly! However, the Kleenex box ran out and I had to call to ask for coffee cups. There was a coffee maker but no pods. No big deal but just want to mention it. It was perfect for an overnight stay and we’ll be back!!

On occasion, we have been able to obtain room upgrades by mentioning our status with Expedia. At this property, mentioning Expedia provides no perks. The room was spacious and clean enough. There was no daily made service, and we were told to call the office if we wanted more coffee, fresh washcloths, etc. We could never get the television to work, showing there was no connection. We could not find anything unplugged. We did not bother to call the front desk, however, to see if we could get it fixed. Apparently, there are new owners and the property is being renovated. It was a convenient location.

The room smelled awful, the toilet didn't work at first, the smoke detector didn't work. The microwave and refrigerator had to be turned on by a power cord switch box. Took forever how to work the tv, The lamp shade was pealing apart, there was old furniture on the walk way Outside. the front desk man was Very nice tho. I loved the location as it was right on the river. Maybe it was just that room.

Even though the office staff was friendly, the motel is OLD and slowly falling apart. When I opened the armoire, the door fell off in my hand and hit me on the shoulder. The room was not very clean; unvacuumed, unclean bathroom walls. There was no screen on the window, and the bathroom sink faucet was very hard to pull into the On position, and only trickled out. Since there had been a power outage due to windy weather, our specific room did not have tv connection from the cable box. We were offered another room but had already unpacked everything. The outside grounds had a nice view of the Sacramento River, and there was a clean pool, although the winds had caused duff and debris to gather on the surface and no one used it. I will probably not stay in a Travelodge again, though some are better than others.
