"Bueno el servicio de desayuno me decepcionó por completo ,soy una paraguay que visite mi país y no encontré un triste conciso quemado ,y cuando pedí la señora que atendía fue mil desagradable !! Que triste que estando en mi país no podamos disfrutar de nuestra comida tradicional!! El resto del hotel está bien pero no volvería a quedarme ahí !!"

"We had an incredible stay at La Casona & would return without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt peaceful and elevated. Our room had a king-size bed that was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference in the Paraguay heat. We were in a quiet end room with doors that opened directly to the courtyard and pool, which created a calm, private atmosphere that felt more like a retreat than a hotel. Breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious every morning. We also had dinner there multiple nights, and every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and consistently excellent. You could tell real care went into the food. What truly made this place special was the staff. It’s a smaller, more intimate hotel, and the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. The level of service felt personal without ever being overbearing. The property is beautiful. The pool, garden, and courtyard create a quiet oasis away from the city, while still being close to everything you need. One of my favorite spots was the upper-level deck with a relaxed, tiki-style feel and two hammocks. I spent a lot of time there, and it became my favorite place to unwind. We came to Asunción for residency and to explore the city, and this hotel made the entire experience even better. It truly felt like a home away from home. We even joked about moving in permanently."

"If you don't have a car, hotel is very nice... If you have a tiny car is OK, but if you have a regular car, forget it...this building is not for you....don't waste your time...parking in the hotel is a challenge...parking around the building, a impossible task to accomplish... One time, never again...I have 100 of options around."

"Expedia booking showed availability and upon arrival things were different and check in time is also not accurate. Restaurant food not recommended and overpriced for what it is. "

"Le falta carisma a los empleados. En el restaurante solo había 1 mesero y estaba casi lleno. Los ascensores son lentos y cuando hay grandes grupos haciendo check in es imposible subir a las habitaciones. A pesar de tener estacionamiento, se lo cobran a los huéspedes. "

"Great location next to Del Sol shopping area. Nice rooftop pool, gym and BBQ area. Living room is a little small but overall more space than a hotel for better price."

"The room itself is nice as it is a new hotel. Bummer they saved money on the materials as you hear every noise from outdoors, shower doors are leaking. The staff is far from nice. We were super early, 10am, so of course we couldn’t check in yet. We came back at 2pm but the room was still not ready. They just were on auto pilot saying check-in was at 3pm. They didn’t even want to check with housekeeping for the actual status of the room. So we had the wait in the reception area. Our water bottles were empty by then, so we asked if we could get some water, but even that was not an option. So rude, so extremely unfriendly, with a clear ‘I don’t care’ attitude. "

"The room is spacious . . the air conditioning is working well . . there is a large wardrobe and I must mention that the lobby is very elegant and fits a VIP class. The breakfast is great and the breakfast area is as impressive as the lobby. There is a great Mall across from the hotel."
