"Firstly the staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was very dated and tatty, it needed refurbishing. We stayed two nights, the air con initially wasn’t working and once the lovely gentleman got it working it was almost non existent. "Nice large room with balcony and nice Mountain View’s. Excellent breakfast. What really made the stay was the staff. My wife had an injury which hampered her mobility and everyone from breakfast staff to front desk went out of their way to make our stay easier. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience. Can’t say enough about everyone’s kindness "
