"Really lovely hotel . Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. Great location for exploring Zermatt . Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . "Hospitality was top notch. The place was super clean & comfortable.
The breakfast was a nice spread, it was also pet friendly which was not good for my husband who is allergic to dogs & we didn't like the fact that the hostess kept touching & petting all the dogs in the room & then fixed plates & handeled food without washing or at the very least sanitize her hands."
