"From the location to the service, everything was excellent. The breakfast with many options, the restaurant had delicious food and the amenities were very comfortable. Claudia with an outstanding room service, Clayton was a big help and Karina making the delicious tapiocas ans omeletes, elevated our experience to the next level! I would highly recommend and Neto helped us making our retuning reservation for next December ❤️"

"Very clean and comfortable rooms, great shower, fridge in rooms. Superb breakfast buffet including hot breakfast and lunch items (the beef stew was the best) and very good coffee. I used the wet sauna which was perfectly hot but I did not like that towels are not provided at the pool/sauna. The dry sauna was under repair. Very good location (walk to mall, supermarket, bus stop, and beach) and quiet for sleeping. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!"

"Liked: very clean, having a kitchen, good safe location, access to bus and public bike nearby. Nice rooftop terrace and very good prices. Self check in with code via WhatsApp. Drip coffee maker. Disliked: no hair dryer, no frying pan. Pots and pans supplied are very cheap quality. Only 2 pillows on a large bed. Suitable for short stays. I was happy overall even though I really needed a hair dryer!"

"The breakfast was a nice little menu and it was a fresh and hot. There was plenty to eat a variety of cakes, bread, meats, cheeses, egg, sausage, fruit, coffee every staff member that we had interaction with was extremely professional and nice. We had our seven month old baby with us and they had no issues with heating up our water downstairs at the reception area to make his formula. The hotel was old and in need of some repairs, but the staff made things worth the stay. The location was very good and there was some very good restaurants close by and it’s within walking distance of the US consulate. "
