The internet is horrible. Such a big hotel and they should improve internet service. They charged me to lend utensils.

The king size bed was two full size beds put together, with a gap between the two, hence limiting my ability to rest comfortably. There was a small hole on the window blackout curtains, which enabled the light to come in, further making it harder for me to fall asleep, and covering it with scotch tape only made it worse because the looks of it was disturbing. There was no comforter, only a thin sheet. It’s best not to say they have a gym, as it’s a tiny room with two equipments. Other than that it was fine.

Great staff and great stay
Excellent service. Check-in was prompt and professional. Hotel was very clean and the water pressure for showering was fantastic. Staff were very accomdating. We needed an extra item and they delivered quickly. Moreover, we needed to extend the check-out by an extra hour and they took care of it. Will most definitely visit again. Thank you!!

Localização boa. Funcionários atenciosos Bom café da manhã Banheiro sujo, chuveiro com muito lodo e cheiro da agua no banho era bem ruim. Agua da pia com gosto forte, usei agua de garrafa para escovar os dentes. Acredito que nao limpam a caixa de água regularmente.

Sempre que estou em Recife me hospedo no Marante Executive. Acredito que ja foram mais de 15 estadias. O café da manhã é excelente. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, como deve ser. Apenas um ponto de atenção: minha reserva era para casal, mas eu cheguei primeiro e fiz o check-in, o atendimente me informou que seria necessário que outra pessoa tambem fizesse o check-in, até então, tudo bem. No momento da chegada, a recepcionista não identificou que era para casal, e cobrou o valor para adicionar outra pessoas. Eu precisei descer do quarto para resolver a situação. No mais, nada a reclamar.
