Align Inn Vermont

Align Inn Vermont

8/10 Good
"The room was clean. It showed some small signs of wear, but we could tell it had been updated recently. The lobby area was dated but well maintained and clean. Staff was SUPER nice, Breakfast was decent options with some hot foods as well. Only 2 things really detracted from our stay: 1- the barn-door style bathroom door was opaque which let light into the room in the middle of the night; 2- there was no dresser or place to put our clothes besides a chair or the small table that was to be a desk. We ended up keeping our clothes in our suitcase the whole stay which was quite frustrating. While the price was good in comparison to others in the area, there are a few room upgrades that would make it a better stay."

"This hotel had the charm of the beginning of the 20th century when hotels were primarily used for long-term stays, with some full-time residents. Everything is a bit rough around the edges, but that’s part of its charm."
