If you are happy with just the basics, this hotel is OK. Outdated, no extras. Mattress was badly stained and no coffee maker or hair dryer in room. Was passably clean.
Checkin staff was super nice. Room was ok for the price and area. It’s a bit outdated and run down. Bed was ok and bath/shower was fine. AC unit was not the best but manageable.

Properly was very close to my mom’s retirement place so I am thankful for them. It needs renovation BUT the room was clean, the AC top notch, the bed comfortable and very clean… for the price, it served the purpose! Never felt unsafe… lots of women staying alone.
Excellent value for the price and clean. A little outdated and parking in front of the room. I attended the Camaro Nationals which was a 20 mins drive to the Auto Mall.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot but could use updated. Slept well .
Room was not clean. The bathroom was disgusting. But as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". But honestly if you pay to stay somewhere you at least expect the basic amenities. Clean bed and bathroom. Don't expect that here.
Bed was decent, spiders in the bathtub, floor filthy, door was messed up had to fix the base plate every time you closed the door so it would lock.... Continental breakfast ended up being a cup of coffee from 7-10....location? Well let's just say Rt 422 is a divided highway divided br concrete Indy walls....oh and the $100 potential damage deposit is bulls#it. Headboards are cheap vinyl and peeling. Never again ...
This is just our experience. We stayed for 2 nights here, the room was not that clean. Floors were dirty, on the wall by the sink was some sort of goop that was disgusting. The fridge was wiped down inside but once the glass rack was pulled out, the back of the fridge was gross too. The linens didn’t inherently smell like laundry- they were nearly scentless. The non smoking room also smelled heavily like smoke, all of our clothes and suitcases stank when we left. The property outside was fine- there was some sort of table outside that was cluttered and surrounded by toys where people would sit late in the night, no idea what that’s about. The service was friendly over all, no complaints on the people there, just the cleanliness.
The water pressure is nonexistent. The sink water somehow flows backwards. The King bed is actually a queen. The rooms were a little dirty. Mainly some drink splash on the ac unit and dried “sea-men” on the seat next to the bed. There is no breakfast, just coffee. Also the AC unit shuts off every 5 minutes. It won’t let the room get colder than 77 degrees
There is plenty of parking, the room does have a mini fridge, microwave, small tv, telephone, as well as providing 3 pillows, towels, soap, hand wash and shampoo.
