"I honestly can't say how nice the apartment was.. so it may actually be quite nice... The reason I can't say that is because the host cancelled my reservation at the very last minute because "someone else was there trying to check in without me" so I violated a code - what's wrong with this picture is there was no one else in my party that should have been there without me. The host barely tried to contact me before immediately cancelling my reservation. I am concerned about who else was trying to get in to the apartment and very frustrated with the lack of effort by the host to see what was going on. I had to get a last minute hotel for my stay with my family and the host did not respond to either me or the customer service reps who tried to call them. At this point I don't care how nice it could've been- it seems like there's bigger issues going on"

"The lobby smell bad, like proper bad. And there was no wash clothes in the room at all. The floor was not vacuum and the mattress and fitted sheet are old and unfit. The ceiling tiles were partially open and the room layout was worse than a college dorm. Overall, old and outdated with barely functioning to accommodate the guests. Will not choose this in future stays in Seekonk, MA."

"The unit is very nice and well maintained. First place we have stayed with large screen TVs in each room. That was a nice touch. When we reached out to the host she responded quickly and was helpful. The only downside was the tenant on the floor above. That person has no regard for people staying below. They walk around more like stomp around at all times making all kinds of noise. They came in late and stomped loudly up the shared staircase. I would recommend that carpet or some noise insulation be added to their unit to reduce the noise. That will help make this unit a 5 star rating."

"I will just suggest a few things to improve the property. First would be a grab bar for the shower. It’s very high up and a bit slippery. The towels need to be upgraded. The black ones were not good. Also, a safety latch on the interior for the entry door would make it more secure. Otherwise, it’s a cute place !"
