The holiday apartments are located in the town of Ljubac, near Zadar City. The house is close to a pebble beach (50m), in a tranquil setting along a not-often used road in the town. A sandy beach is 100m away.

The apartment has a private balcony. The terrace downstairs is equipped with garden furniture and a sunshade and grill/barbecue. A free parking area and an outdoor shower are available.

The house consists of one apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor. All units are air-conditioned and have a TV, free WiFi, a balcony and/or terrace overlooking the sea.

This is one of the two apartments on the first floor. It consists of an open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitche unit, one bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. There is a sofa bed in the living area. A baby cot is available on request. Free internet is included.

A market is 200 metres away, a restaurant 600 metres away. The city of Zadar is only 16 km and it is recommended to visit because of its many attractions / events and local delicacies. The house also benefits from its proximity to untouched nature parks (Kornati, Paklenica, Krka, Plitvice Lakes, Northern Velebit National Park). Zadar Airport is 19 km away.

The owner lives next door and is always available to help with any questions.

Private boat marina mooring (up to 10m - price/per day ?...ask the owner ) in Marina Ljubac is available on request. Pets are welcome.
