  • Villa with an exceptional sea view of 60 m2 for 4 to 6 people decorated in the colors of the sea. Fully fenced with small shaded garden. Closed garage. The house is located 100 m from a natural beach surrounded by relief and 200 m from shops (mini-market, pharmacy, butchers, bakers, tobacconists, restaurants).
    Every Friday morning, a small Provencal market will offer you local products in the colors of the South.
    Peaceful surroundings. Located near the Mediterranean gardens (50m) in the Bas du Rayol, you can discover all the plant species with splendid panoramic views of the coastline. Just behind the villa, a shaded path overlooking the Lavandou sea at Cavalaire will allow you to take beautiful walks and mountain bikes (25 km).
    For mountain enthusiasts, the Maures forest will offer you unique hikes with exceptional views.
    You can explore the Golden Islands by boat (Levant, Portcros, Porquerolles).
    Without forgetting the mythical Saint-Tropez at 20 kms, Toulon at 50 kms and Le Lavandou at 10 kms.
