"Great place"

"We only stayed one night and regretted not staying longer! My husband and I stayed in the Oak room as we wanted our own bathroom. The room is located just above the common room up the stairs. It was very spacious room with a huge bathroom. Plenty of toiletries provided which was very thoughtful. I do think the room could use an upgrade to a king bed :) The other guests staying were pretty respectful of the quiet hours so we had a pleasant sleep. They have some free snacks, coffee, tea, and filtered water for guests which I appreciated. The owner is very kind and really built some impressive things on the property. The grounds were very welcoming and peaceful with the creek running through the back and the well maintained swimming area. We reserved our hot tub time easily and the outside deck space felt prívate. A couple fire pits with option to buy firewood scattered apart. The Hocking Hills area is gorgeous to drive and explore. About 15-20 min from Logan for restaurants/bars. I would suggest bringing some food to cook for dinner so you can enjoy the area. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"Our family goes to Hocking Hills once or twice a year, and this was one of the better cabins we have stayed at. Us and our dogs had an amazing time. The cabin was in really good condition, and the best part of the cabin is that it has two bathrooms. We really enjoyed the hot tub and having s’mores in the evening. During our stay we walked through Moonville Tunnel, and we went out the second day to get pizza and ice cream. Overall we had an amazing stay, and I would recommend this cabin to anyone. "

"We loved our stay! It was just what we needed to round out our road trip. My husband and I loved having coffee in the hot tub in the mornings and wine in the evenings. It wasn’t too far from hiking spots. We would have gone kayaking if we had stayed longer. We enjoyed the beautiful views. The cabin is decorated perfectly and has such a homey feel. The shower was a tad small but it was hot which is all I care about! The host dropped off some firewood when the brought a new lighter, which was very kind! We got in later than planned on a Sunday so it helped us get settled.The cabin is very clean. I would maybe suggest a few more hooks for drying wet suits and towels, it was a bit cooler during our trip so we couldn’t leave stuff out to dry at night, but not a big deal. I just try not to let water drip on floors. We are definitely glad we chose this cabin. We have already shared details with others we know! Hoping to come back one day! "
