"Die Anmietung erfolgte für einen beruflich bedingten Aufenthalt in Remscheid. Allerdings ist der hochtrabende Titel der Wohnung völlig irreführend. Die Lage (ggü. Nightclub, kein Parkplatz) ist bestenfalls durchschnittlich. Ausstattung der eher engen Einzimmerwohnung ohne Ess- oder Schreibtisch ebenfalls dürftig. Eine separate Kochplatte in der Küche.
