Raquette River Tours and Activities

Don’t waste your money here. The rooms don’t look like the listing. Torn curtains. One of the staff was really rude. Bathrooms are disgusting. I don’t know how it’s considered a 5 star hotel in some websites. There is no room service. Restaurant staff are entitled and disparaging. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Tv wasn’t functional and had no channels.

The staff at the William Hotel was so friendly, sweet, and efficient. They made you feel like you were a friend and not just a guest. Our room was clean and good sized. The building was quaint and well maintained. Our stay was excellent and we would recommend the William to anyone who is travelling to NYC.

Staff are all polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious for NY accommodation. The hotel is in a prime location near Times Square. We were on 16th floor and noise was minimal. As people have previously mentioned in the morning the lifts are too busy and takes time to get to the lobby. There was comments that this is like other hotels. Therefore seems a common problem. We didn't eat in the Hotel so can't comment . Would be staying here again in the future.
