"Room was big and comfortable. The bed was amazing for a great night sleep. The staff were friendly and courteous. Cleaning was good but housekeeping should clean and map the bathroom daily no matter how many days the guess is staying and make sure that towels and toilet paper is provided daily as well. Overall it was a nice place and I'm planning to go back."

"The views were expansive, being able to eat each meal overlooking the water was an amazing plus. The location was as described and the pictures were accurate, but the nice sandy beach was more than expected. Definitely a great place for some sandcastles! Having the fenced yard for our dog made the stay much more like home for her. The condition of the paddle boards looked questionable, but we always take our own so didn't hinder our stay in the least. We would stay again:)"

"We had a truly wonderful stay in this incredible house. The place is very well stocked, we didn't lack for anything, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of them, lots of bathrooms....it is perfect for a crowd. Everyone voted it our best family reunion location so far and we'd love to come back someday!"

"I can't recommend this stay highly enough. House is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Location is better than any post card. View over the Rappahannock River was awesome. Quiet. Peaceful. And, I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Terry, the owner. He is as great a person as you could ever want to meet. I will definitely return when I get the chance. Thanks so much."

"The outdoor view was breathtaking, and the sunset was particularly stunning. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was meticulously arranged, and there were numerous helpful guides throughout the property. Although we were only my husband and I, this property is ideal for families and children. There are numerous activities available, including outdoor yard games and various balls for play. The owners were exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating."
