"Absolutely stunning views, super quiet setting, enjoyed the garden. Wish we had bright paddle boards and kayaks. We did not- failed! The weather was fabulous end of September and the water was not too cold. We had 7 adults and 2 dogs, everyone was very comfortable and had a nice weekend. "This is a fantastic property set up the relax and play! It had everything we needed for an extended weekend with friends. The whole house is comfortable. We kayaked, made a fire, grilled a great dinner and explored the area. Don’t miss the Kinsale Market! Most spectacular: the star gazing. "

"The property was as good as all the other reviews state. We had a great time. Beautiful sunsets, quiet, plenty of room. Highly recommend unless you want to be close to lots of things to do which we didn't care about. Don't bother bringing spices. When they say basic spices they mean all the normal ones you could want. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Tom was very responsive when contacted both by email and by phone. One thing to check out that is not too far away in Warsaw is the Tom Rhodes Tree Carving Trail. We really enjoyed that."

"Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time."
