Horrible Hotel Stay
Well, I booked two rooms for 2 nights with the total supposed to be adding up to $445 however I was charged a total of 766. The front desk said it was the previous employees fault. They were very rude in explaining how or why this happened. Still 3 days later I have not been reimbursed. I was under the impression there was a pool and it was completely under construction and the continental breakfast was not offered either and we were told we could go next door to the Days Inn if we wanted to. However is doing this and Days Inn said we were not supposed to be there and had no idea about the situation. we had to recut our keys a total of 8 times and at one point in time another guest tried to come into our room. In talking to other guests and they had the same experience and was also charged more than they had originally been told "by accident" and was told all of it will be reimbursed but had to give them a second card to charge the room again. This by far has been the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had and would not suggest anybody to stay here until they figure out exactly what they are doing. I am also hoping for the reimbursement to go back on my card relatively soon, so I do not have to take any further action. Also the entire parking lot was covered in screws and nails all in the parking area.
