You will have access to a ton of upgrades throughout the home, an attached 2-car garage and double wide driveway. This house features central air conditioning, a SMART TV in every room and 65 inch SMART TVs in the living rooms. We provide complimentary Verizon Internet Netflix and YouTube TV. The kitchen is stocked with coffee pot and Keruig, as well as all of the essential cooking supplies and appliances. There are two sets of washer and dryers, a stackable on tge main floor and another set downstairs in the utility room.
The downstairs is the place to get comfortable after a hot day playing in the hills. There is a large 65 in SMART TV, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and a full sized couch.
During your stay you are invited to use the 2-car attached garage and the garage door opener. This is a fNtasitc amenity, so you won't need to worry about the strong afternoon thunderstorms in the summer and frost on your windows in the winter. Our home is located in the west end of Rapid City. The lot is mature, filled with lilac and shade treet. you will find the back deck a heavenly retreat for your entire family. It is peaceful and private in every way!!

Canyon Lake Park is located along the RC bike path and or accessible by car and is less than 1 mile away. The beautiful CL Park is an oasis for oitdoor activites right in the city. great Enjoy a picnic, Monday night food truck night, fish for rainbow and brown trout, rent paddle boats or take a kayak out on the lake. Lastly, don't forget to take in Scoopy Cow Food Truck - the BEST ice cream in town!!
Lastly, access to I-90 (Sturgis), Hwy 44(Pactola Lake and Buzzards Roost Hike), Hwy 16 (Mt. Rushmore) are all less than 10 minutes from the front door. Grocery stores and restaurants are close and located less than 1 mile away, too. You will have access to everything you need to make a relaxing and fun vacation.
