Property is within walking distance of plenty of amenities and attractions. Clean and spacious for my spouse and I. Only negatives were we couldn’t get the tv to work and the living room couch seemed to be broken on one side making it a little uncomfortable, overall a great place to stay and would stay here again!
Very clean and quiet. On a Main Street so easy access to wherever you are headed. Bed is very comfy! Tommy answered the phone both times I called.
(If you are planning to cook and eat in your room you will need to make sure you bring all your condiments and spices)
Good central location for all things SD. Quiet. Lodging As advertised.

For the price, the place suited our needs and was comfortable. Removing one star because there was a big stain on the carpet near bed. It was off-putting.
When the description says it's a remodeled hotel, made into an apartment, it's still nothing more than a hotel. I was expecting it to feel a little more 'homey'. The furniture was old and very worn, the carpet stained, floors dirty. Loud fans and appliances, paper thin walls. I could hear the neighbors cell phone vibrating next door while I was laying in bed. I found the cheapest place I could find to stay near a family member and received just that, a cheap place to stay.
good value. not fancy, but not expensive.Good convenient location, safe location. King bed in separate bedroom with walk-in closet and nice size bathroom.really set up for two people. The website pictures made it look more spacious than it was. it really is two motel rooms converted together. The barstools and counter were a nice touch and useful. kitchen flatware and dishes barely adequate for two people, But serviceable. we bought paper plates . couch was fairly worn, and the only place to sit. we did not need to use the pullout couch for sleeping. to end tables and coffee table were nice. King bed was comfortable and medium-firm. six drawer dresser in the bedroom. adequate cupboard space and full-size refrigerator was nice in the kitchen. two burner electric stove. and nice coffee maker. there were two skillets, two small pots and a medium size pot. wireless Internet was very good. Air conditioner was a wall unit above the refrigerator. Two fans were supplied and one we ran constantly to move air from the living area to the bedroom. Otherwise, it would’ve been really warm in the bedroom. fortunately, our stay was in September so the cool nights helped. The bedroom window opened. the on site laundry was a plus. we used the unit as a base for day trips. It worked out well. We would stay there again.
