Two bedrooms each with queen size bed, and bathroom located between the two. The kitchen includes all new appliances & a separate dining area just off the living room that accommodates all. A gas barbecue grill is only steps away and is ready for your grilling pleasure! The driveway is right next to the back door for easy move-in and move-out! The yard is completely fenced and secure. Garage parking is available for long term guests upon request! This cozy bungalow is just a short walking distance to The Monument Event Center, City Center Main Street, hiking trails on Hansen-Larsen Memorial Park, Executive Golf Course & Bike Path to Canyon Lake Park & more. This property is located just off I-90, so travelers have super easy access to main roads leading to exciting attractions like Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Badlands National Park, the beautiful Black Hills & more!! This is an older 1930’s home with some settling in the bathroom, uneven floors & old pipes, but it's clean, safe & comfortable! It's just like going home!
