  • Park in an oversized detached garage. The backyard is large and private with BBq grill and fire pit with deck seating. The main level hosts the living room with large flat screen and seating area. Kitchen with dining table, and den with seating and fireplace. The Bedroom has a walk in closet and queen size bed and full bath. Upstairs king size bed with additional seating and TV and full bathroom. You hear the geese flying overhead from the nearby lake, which is within walking distance and has great fishing. Mount Rushmore is 30 minutes south, Sturgis 30 minutes to the north. Badlands 45 minutes to the east. Golf within walking distance. Bike path access. a very central location. Downtown rapid city 10 minutes. Game room with arcade machines, pool table ping pong table, darts and a fire pit in a private back yard.

Everything about this place was perfect for our stay which included golf and hiking. Very spacious for our party of four and would highly recommend to anyone. Communication with property owner was very good and everything was as advertised.

Great House and Location!!

Loved the location near Canyon Lake and Meadowbrook golf course! The house is perfect for 4 adults! House was very clean. The garage entertainment was fun as we had some local family members come over to hang out and play darts pool and ping pong! Would definitely stay here again!

South Dakota home

Property was exactly as listed, very clean. Located where most attractions were 30 to 40 minutes away. We had a air conditioner that malfunctioned, a new unit was put in within 2 hours. Excellent host and very personable, we appreciated it.

This place was perfect for our Labor Day weekend in the Rapid city area. The house was very clean and the location was perfect for us. The garage/mancave was a great place to watch some football and play the games that were in the garage.. we would definitely stay here again.

The house was roomy and very up to date. The upstairs was perfect for three teenagers to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, pans, and appliances. The living room was very comfortable for five people to relax and watch TV together, although there was a separate TV upstairs. We appreciated being able to park our car in the garage. The location was central to going to the major tourist places and yet easy to get downtown Rapid City. The kids enjoyed the park near by which is easy to walk to from the house. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a perfect place for us to stay for five days. Thank you!!

Clean, quiet, and relaxing

Perfect house to relax in after a busy day seeing all the sites. The house was clean and quiet with lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed. The manager was super helpful and friendly. We had a problem with the internet and he got it fixed for us right away. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay

This property was perfect for us....my wife and I took the upstairs suite and my daughter and her friend had the lower level. We used this property for a place to stay as we took in the Badlands, Wall Drug, Mount Rushmore and downtown Rapid City. It was super clean, super cute, a great location in a quiet neighborhood and the pool table and dart boards in the garage was a nice touch for the girls. Chace was responsive at all times and had some good recommendations for places to eat. We had a great stay.
