Less than one mile from downtown Rapid City and one block from Mount Rushmore Road and located in the West Boulevard Historic District. Two car garage and 100’ private driveway along with on-street parking. Outdoor dining, grilling, gas fire-pit and seating area. This home allows you to get into the Hills quickly and is just 30 minutes from Sturgis or Mount Rushmore.

Currently configured to sleep 8 (4-twins, 1 queen, 1 king); queen bed can be added to bedroom with loft to sleep 10 (4-twins, 2 queens, 1 king); and office can be converted to small bedroom 12 (4-twins, 3 queens, 1 king).
