Charming Centennial Cottage-Downtown!

Blocks from downtown, restaurants & night life, this quaint, turn-of-the-century cottage is a great home base for your adventures in the Black Hills! Our classic, craftsman home built in 1908 is renovated with modern amenities, but boasts early 1900s character. We love this unique space and the history & stories it must have to tell within its walls. Contactless checkin with door code provided day of checkin.

This designated vacation rental is equipped with everything you need, along with a community cabinet with some cooking essentials if you choose to use shared items. New stainless appliances, gas range stove, full size laundry, and all new linens on new memory foam mattresses. Large smart TV to stream favorite programs along with a plethora of local channels will satisfy down time.

As locals of the Black Hills, we are delighted to share our favorite things to experience, depending on your interests. We have a long history of serving guests in the hospitality industry and have loved branching out in this new industry. Home owners and hosts.

Second stay at this nice home

I stayed here with my wife and grand daughter 2 years ago and enjoyed so much I returned with 2 friends for a guy trip. The house was perfect for our needs, nicely located for visits to all the sites we wanted to see and walking distance to downtown restaurants.The property was clean and had everything we needed.This will be the first place I look for if I come back in the future'

The perfect cottage!

This was the perfect place to stay for us. It was centrally located, allowing us to visit all of the sites that were on our bucket list. Everything was provided. The cottage was built in 1908 and beautifully updated. It was a pure pleasure to stay there!

Felt Right at Home

The house is very cozy and stylishly decorated. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to amenities. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location was a good central point for me to visit Badlands National Park, Mount Rushmore, crazy horse and devil’s tower.

Very cozy and clean; perfect for family

Beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of 4! It truly was like coming "home" at the end of each day and the owners are very responsive and helpful to whatever needs and questions we had. We'd definitely stay here again if we ever come back to this area.

Perfect cottage “home base.”

This lovely little cottage was clean, welcoming and well maintained. Our hosts replied promptly to any questions we had. It was so nice to come “home” to it after a day spent exploring nearby parks and monuments.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to use as home base for exploring the Black Hills and the Badlands! Walkable to downtown. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Easy communication and zero issues. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

We needed a place that was close to campus and this was perfect! Quick walk to main street too! The house was very clean and checking in was a breeze. We easily fit 5 and the beds were comfortable. Great communication with the host was appreciated.

Tai is a wonderful host! Her house is too cute and she has great taste! It was very clean! It’s an easy walk to the historic downtown, where there are restaurants and shops. Private yard is a plus for pups. Would stay again!

Weekend Getaway

This nice little house was great for our weekend stay. It was very cozy and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to many places due to how close it was. Our pets loved the fenced in back yard to run around. Tai was very friendly and responsive. We definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful little house that's bigger than it looks. Very nice! The privacy fence around the backyard was so nice for the dog's and BBQ. Will definitely want to rent your house again in the future. The Napier Family

Wonderful first time in South Dakota

We visited with our 13 year old granddaughter. The property was well located near downtown allowing us to walk to dinners or shopping. It was equally situated to the sights we wanted to visit. The home itself was one of the cleanest we have rented and pre-visit information from the owners was better than most. If we are back in the area we would definitely look to stay here first.
