This spacious apartment has two double bedrooms, one of which offers a charming sea view. The two bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy, while the large living room with a dining area, always with a sea view, is perfect for relaxing after a swim in the pool or exploring the area.



The true gem of this property is the spacious balcony, which offers an incredible view of the picturesque Gulf of Tigullio where you can enjoy the panorama while relaxing or having a meal outdoors.



Residence Services:

During the high season, the residence pool will be available free of charge, and tennis courts can be booked at the reception.

Located along the scenic Aurelia road, the apartment is well-connected and provides easy access to the beauty of the Ligurian Riviera. The centers of Rapallo and Santa Margherita are a short distance away, where you can explore shops, restaurants, and attractions.
