"Nice lady at check in, sheets were not changed and the room was not clean when we arrived. Apparently the cleaning lady had already gone home and I believe the lady that checked us in cleaned the room and changed the bed. Our cabin was nice but the overall property is kinda run down and rough."

Staff varies, with some being extremely helpful and friendly and others just average. The worst part of our stay was the WiFi did not work and password ..."

"The hotel is very convenient within the CBD. Also close to the bus interchange as well. The room is very well designed with space conservation. Only drawback is that there is no place to move around in the room. If the room is only intended for sleeping purpose then it's comfortable and clean."
