"We had the most comfortable 4 day stay at Ratanui. Everything was better than expected! What made the stay exceptional was the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and right at home. The chefs and the menu were such an unexpected surprise! "Worst place to stay! After a 30 day trip in all of NZ this was the worst. The food was terrible, the customer service unacceptable. I would do a day hike in the park and have the water taxi take you back to Kaiteriteri "
