Great room, and great staff. Housekeeping responded quickly when I requested something to my room.
Only negative was that no complimentary bottled water included. There were 2 bottles of HARTZ water in the fridge which I assumed was complimentary with the room, however, I later found out they are part of the bar and costed $5 each.
When I called for bottled water, the concierge said the water from the tap is drinkable, otherwise he could prepare some bottles for me to collect from the reception which I declined. Noting I did not know the "free" bottles were different to the ones in the fridge.
Overall we had a great stay, and the minor misunderstanding with the water does not impact my likelyhood of staying here again.

We had an incredible stay in the most peaceful and comfortable room (Kelly) with a stunning vista, the staff aren’t on site at all times, and there is a beautiful self-service communal kitchen that is well appointed with some tasty local basics (cakes, jams, toast). I certainly couldn’t have asked for anything more, it’s exactly what we wanted. But don’t expect full service with amenities galore. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The check in was excellent, but checking out took a couple of days. I did check out paying the mini bar. I had thank goodness had a copy of the receipt. I had to send them a copy, I had to send a copy of my bank details as well
