"Traveled with partner. Hotel room bathroom light was not working. Tub was dirty along with the toilet being terrible with flushing. No ventilation in the bathroom and the shower head had no pressure. Location was nice and parking was good. Breakfast didn’t have much options but was decent. "

"The property itself is beautiful, with a wide variety of hot springs at different temperatures. The mud spa was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the service was very disappointing. The hotel mistakenly charged nearly $500 to my Visa card. Although I reported it to the front desk and they acknowledged the error and removed the charge, I was still told it would take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. This was frustrating, especially since it was clearly the hotel’s mistake. Additionally, I requested towels and bathrobes to be delivered to my room, but they never arrived, even by the time I checked out. While the property is stunning, the service does not match the quality of the facilities. I would recommend carefully reviewing your bill to avoid overcharges. Also, don’t rely on room service or delivery requests, as there didn’t seem to be a reliable way to contact the front desk from the room."
