"The room felt dirty and gross. We’ve been staying here for 15 years at the Reef tower on oceanfront. Front desk was no help for any complaints. All they can say is….we’re remodeling soon. Shower had no water pressure….felt like a trickle. Very small room that we’ve never had before. Furniture falling apart. My husband had to put sugar packets underneath nightstand to keep drawer closed. Other pieces already had packets to make them operable. They should not be charging $300+ a night for a room that is like Motel 6. So disappointing as we’ve stayed here multiple times a year for 15 years."

"This is 2nd time we have stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It is great for a large family or multi gen. Two bedrooms an living room and kitchen….. basically a small apt. The staff was very helpful, especially the female working Sunday morning. All staff was great. Breakfast was ok. Decent selection for kids and adults"
