Clean, Cozy, and Comfortable Retreat. Holiday Special

Mature, quiet neighborhood with meandering sidewalks and Pools/Hot Spas and Tennis Courts. Two story townhouse with all the comforts of home. Ideal location 20 minutes to Palm Springs or Palm Desert. Lots of shopping, movie theaters, golf courses, organic groceries, Walmart, Costco, Sam s, etc., all within five minutes drive. House is owner residence off season and is well appointed with DVD s, games, 3 flat screen televisions. Third bedroom has desk with printer, trundle bed (2 twins), no dresser or closet. Good place to put short -term guests. Washer and Dryer in garage. All televisions are SMART and allow you to use Amazon Prime (your account code) free Netflix. Living Room T.V. has local antenna channels for news and main stream channels. ABC, NBC, etc. No cable channels. Lots to do in the area in Season. Concerts, Festivals, (google Palm Springs festivals for more information). Looking for 30 days plus rental. February is already booked. But March is open as well. All utilities are included except telephone. High Speed Internet. Purified water and ice.
