Bungalow on a private 70 acre ranch

This updated home sits at the end of a ranch property with the owner's home nearby. Beautiful views of Grand Mesa and the Adobe Buttes are the backdrop of this serene valley. Watch an occasional horseback rider in the arena outside the front porch, listen to the sounds of Tongue Creek and Surface Creek from the back patio, or enjoy a bonfire under the stars! Feel free to walk the grounds and enjoy the peaceful setting on 70 acres. This 2 bedroom ranch house accommodates 4 adults comfortably with a pull out couch for additional guests. Our "petting zoo" includes chickens, 5 Nigerian Dwarf Goats (who LOVE attention). Feel free to walk around and meet anywhere between 18-27 horses at the ranch, spread out over several separate corral spaces. Most of them love the attention and each has a unique story that adds a personal touch to our home in the valley. This is a true Colorado experience for young and old alike. We also provide EV charging on site down at the workshop. Enjoy!

This cozy little cabin was the perfect landing spot for our family while attending an out-of-town school event. Everything was very clean and organized. The beds were extremely comfortable with wonderful, heavy cotton sheets. My husband, three children (ages 12, 10, and 8), and I absolutely loved our time spent on the ranch!!! The place was clean and cozy, all accommodations were on point, and the check in process was seamless. Two 65 adults enjoyed the quiet area and great hosts who helped when we wanted to watch MLB games on YouTubeTV and gave us a different coffee machine when the one seemed to quit. Told host about the mild pet urine smell and she is going to investigate. Kitchen was great to cook in. Porch was great to enjoy the morning and evening. AC units helped during the day and we opened the windows at night with ceiling fans to get cool air. Bed and couch were comfortable. Great stay.

We actually stayed in a different unit just steps away from this one on this same property. We were in the loft apartment of the barn. This ranch is really cool, and our unit was clean, quiet, and well equipped. The view of Grand Mesa and the closer buttes was beautiful, and the bonus of the horses and the sweet donkey that I talked to each time we came and went was frosting on the cake. Of special note was the outstanding communication with the host, even though she was called away on urgent family business. She was completely available for my questions. I hope I can come back some day!

Magic Farm in a Peaceful Place

We traveled and stayed at this farm with our dogs. I was there to do work for a couple days. It was so peaceful to come back and have the sound of the creek behind the property and the sounds of the horses and the animals. The stars in the moon are absolutely magic and the property is so well taken care of and every inch you can feel the love in which the property embodies. We were 100% recommended!

A Warm Oasis in Cool Colorado

This attractive cabin on a working ranch was very comfortable and a good base for out day trips. We loved the very peaceful mornings, as we were both recuperating from schedules that were too tightly packed. A/C in every room, and cool evenings outside.Thank you Thank you!
