"Mi shock was that I arrived after 11:30 pm because the placa is not in Saltillo city, but at 70 kilometers away!! Then they just sorry we do NOT take card, it has to be in cash” so in a town I have never been there it, without people walking it took me almost 38 more minutes to get cash. I was very angry and tired"

"The hotel is gorgeous. You feel like you're in a hacienda even though it's among modern buildings.The king room with a hot tub was perfect to relax in and rest. The location is across a shopping center with great restaurants. Monterrey is not a walkable city, so we used Uber a lot to get around and easy to access from the hotel. "
