"photos is one, reality is the other. very poor maintantnce. rooms was NOT CLEAN (especially toilet..), there is a large window in the front of the room and the stuff kept coming to this window and see if i am in the room (an hour before regular checkout time) and that was really disturbing. happend at least 3-4 times. "

"We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold.
There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well.
Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy.
Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"

Elavator broke and did not work. We get down by stairs ten floor.

"It’s called a hotel, but it felt like a resort!! Amazing PlayZone for kids (which they opened for us outside of the hours). Beautiful outside area with lots of spacious seating and swings in tree. Heated swimming pool (closes before sunset). Wonderful breakfast. Most all rooms have a side view of the Sea of Galilee. Our family loved the Gomeh and would stay again! "

"Hotel was extremely over priced for what the hotel is. Service,cleanliness,food were mediocre. Staff was nice but not super attentive. Ask for pool towels took an hour to get them. Asked for water to be replaced when the room was being made up which they give you 2 bottles. Never happened. Property was nice but cleanliness was not great a lot of families and lots of kids making messes of eating and pool areas really required more staff and attentiveness to stay on top off it. Holliday’s or not...
