- Welcome to this incredible large and luxurious lake house situated directly on beautiful Lake Simcoe! Enjoy a peaceful waterfront getaway with unbelievable sunsets and everything you need to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.
Our large, well-equipped home and yard features a BBQ, fire pit, 3 separate outdoor seating areas, kayaks, pedal boat, life jackets, large badminton, water games, frisbee, and a selection of indoor games, books, and conversation cards. Whether you’re spending the day on the water or enjoying a quiet evening by the fire pit, there’s something for everyone!
Located a 10 minute walk away from McRae Point National Park, Joyland Beach, a 12 minut drive to the long and sandy beaches of Mara Provincial Park, 15 minutes to Casino Rama, and 15 minutes from downtown Orillia, where you’ll find grocery stores, Costco, restaurants, cafés, and local favourites like Mariposa Market. The area also offers excellent boating, fishing, hiking, and cycling.
Whenever possible, we’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out—just ask!

Excellent Lakefront Cottage – Highly Recommend!Our family of six had a wonderful stay at this cottage, and we recommend booking it without hesitation. The house is tastefully designed, spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The wifi is strong, and streaming to the main family smartTV from our own accounts was seamless. The property is well-maintained, and the lakefront view is stunning from both inside and out. Every amenity was exactly as described and supplied. What truly sets this stay apart is the hospitality. Upon arrival, a refreshing berry-infused beverage station awaited us—such a welcoming touch. The host was highly responsive, communicative, and considerate throughout our trip, even doing a mid-week check-in to ensure our stay met expectations. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and we would love to return!
