Staff very courteous. Allowed us to keep bags after checkout time till evening. Allowed to use restrooms after that. Quick response to service calls for water or electric iron. Highly recommend to others. Bit pricey but worth it. "

"The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue."
